I built this four string Koa/Shedua/Brazilian Ebony four string as a gift to my nephew. He had purchased the Koa in Hawaii with the intention of having it turned into an instrument. He brought it to me to turn into a bass for him. He requested the large headstock, hand-painted “b” logo on the front, and the most versatile passive electronics I could come up with.
